Position Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing various digital channels, including search engines, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms, email marketing, and the company website.
  • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement in digital campaigns.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that support lead generation and client acquisition.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence, developing and executing social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
