Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales and Business Development Intern to support our team in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales strategies, client engagement, and market research, working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Distribute company marketing materials, such as brochures and flyers, by visiting local businesses to connect with potential clients and offer our services.
- Help prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings to connect potential clients with the business team, facilitating technical discussions during the client onboarding process.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
- Support the business development team in maintaining and updating the CRM database.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives to promote our services and enhance brand awareness.
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Business Development team as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
