Position Overview
As the Sales and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships. You will lead a team, develop sales strategies, and implement initiatives to enhance our client acquisition efforts. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in sales and business development within the financial services industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
